1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made through DhanPOS (dhanpos.com) and its associated products. We aim to be fair and transparent. If you have any billing concerns, our support team is your first point of contact.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with a new subscription and request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment, we will provide a full refund — no questions asked.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error on our end, you will receive a full refund of the erroneous amount.
- Service outages: If DhanPOS experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that substantially impairs your business operations, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: Accidental double-billing will always be fully refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- One-time setup, implementation, or onboarding fees
- Subscription fees after 30 days from purchase (unless due to service failure)
- Add-on modules or one-time feature purchases after they have been activated
- Training or consulting services once delivered
- Any subscription where the account was suspended due to policy violation
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to all features until then. To cancel:
- Log in to your DhanPOS account dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
- Confirm your cancellation
Alternatively, email us at support@dhanpos.com and we'll process it for you within 1 business day.
⚠️ Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please submit a refund request (see below) along with your cancellation.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following information:
- Your registered email address and business name
- Invoice or transaction reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Amount you believe you are owed
Send your request to: support@dhanpos.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Business Name]".
7. Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is approved:
- Review time: We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days
- Approval confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once approved
- Bank credit: Refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) to the original payment method used.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by replying to the refund decision email and requesting a senior review. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. DhanPOS's decision after senior review is final for disputes under ₹10,000. For higher amounts, disputes may be resolved through applicable Indian consumer protection mechanisms.
